Edisto Pile Driving

This project was a tight area to work in and required (20) – 30’ pilings to be driven down to meet their required design load. Black Creek Construction used a 57,000lbs excavator with our vibratory hammers to drive the pilings down to refusal. Due to the tight area, extra precaution and planning was done to make sure the crew and neighbors would be safe. Once the piles were driven, the Black Creek crew came through and cut all pilings off at grade and applied copper naphthenate to seal the fresh cut.
