The Challenge
Our Client was redesigning the golf course and they were developing a new hole that would be an island green in a lake. They needed us to come in and build a bulkhead around the dirt that had been brought in so they could begin shaping the green. The Bulkhead needed to change elevations to contour along with the way the green would flow. We also needed to install deadmen to make sure the wall would not fail over time.The Solution
Black Creek Construction came in and built this bulkhead which varied in height of near 7’ down to 3’ tall. The deadman that we installed was a concrete block deadman installed 10’ behind each vertical piling for additional anchors.
